Terms of Service

PaperForge ("we", "us"), operated by Sharmin Akthar Tuli, provides an AI-assisted exam generation tool for K-12 educators. By creating an account or using PaperForge, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

PaperForge generates exam questions and answer keys based on inputs you provide (subject, grade level, topic, and standard codes). Generated content is provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy before classroom use.

2. Accounts and credits

Access to generation features is metered using a credit system. Credits are allocated per subscription tier and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations and pricing with notice.

3. Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to circumvent credit limits, reverse-engineer the generation system, or use the service for content unrelated to educational purposes.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Billing page.
